Zendaya and Law Roach just reminded everyone why they're untouchable — and this time, they brought Spike Jonze along for the ride.
The duo, who Roach once called fashion soulmates, have teamed up with On for the brand's first co-designed apparel and footwear collection. It's sportswear, but make it Zendaya — refined silhouettes, clean lines, the kind of thing that looks effortless because someone spent a long time making sure it would.

The campaign is where it gets interesting. Jonze directed a three-minute short called Shape of Dreams, and it's exactly the kind of thing you'd expect from the guy who made Being John Malkovich — whimsical, a little unhinged, entirely committed to the bit. In it, Roach and Zendaya are dropped into a dream lab where they can literally reshape the models around them. Roach, naturally, turns Zendaya into a square, Spongebob-esque figure. Then he twists her sleeves and — ta-da — a windbreaker and shorts combo materializes. Fashion as magic trick. It works.

The fun doesn't stop at the short film. On Instagram, Zendaya plays Roach's assistant in a series of comedic videos that feel more like a bit between two people who genuinely enjoy each other than anything that was scripted in a in a boardroom.

As for the collection itself: ribbed tanks, t-shirts, half-zip anoraks, coach jackets, midi skirts, parachute pants, Bermuda shorts. Spring wardrobe, sorted. The Cloudnova Moon sneaker also makes its debut here — an edgy new silhouette that slots cleanly into the rest of the line without trying too hard.
It's the kind of collaboration that actually makes sense — two people with real chemistry, a director who knows how to make fashion feel alive, and a brand willing to let them run with it.
The collection is available from April 16 at on.com/zendaya, in On stores, and at select retailers worldwide.
