The Year 3 students at SWU HOUSE are working at a level that demands serious attention — and they haven't even started yet.

Before the industry, in other words, teaches them to play safe — the students in SWU HOUSE's Year 3 fashion program are making some of the most intentional, technically ambitious work we have seen come out of any programme recently. And we think the industry should be paying very close attention.
Showcased through FASHION AT SWU HOUSE, the work is not student-level in any of the ways that phrase usually implies. The construction is considered, the finishing is precise, the material experimentation goes far beyond what most programmes ask of third-year students. You can see designers who are not yet performing for the market, which means you can see exactly what they actually think.
